When you start to work with a factory or broker in China that you find on the internet, or in the phone book, it’s rather like calling a plumber. You really don’t know what to trust until they come fix your pipes for the first time….then you know. Don’t be afraid to ask for names of other product developers they have worked with in the past – and understand it takes TIME to build a good relationship with a broker.
