need mfg sponsor dog/cat leash modification

My invention is a dog/cat leash modification and so simple 2-d drawings are all i need for the patent and I have already drawn them.
I will split the royalties with someone that can help secure a manufacturing sponsor that can fund patent fees and marketing. I can also produce the leash at my house with help in material selection.

Do you know of any companies that will work like this?

Jim, How do you know your idea is patentable,how much research have you done. I am guessing it is classified under design pat app. Have you disclosed the idea to anyone else,if so how long ago.
